Returns

Our return policy is valid for 14 days . If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging .

Items not eligible for return:

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before your refund appears.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)

Only items sold at regular price can be refunded.
Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are non-refundable .


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace defective or damaged items.
If you need to exchange your item for the same model, please email us at info@mybestpet.be and return the item to the following address:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.
Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you by mail.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves and then gave it to you, a refund will be sent to that person and they will find out about the return.

Return costs are your responsibility and are not refundable .
If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take to receive your exchanged item may vary.

If you are returning an item worth more than €75 , we recommend using a tracked delivery service or insuring your shipment.
We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
