WHICH PHOTO SHOULD I CHOOSE?
Taking the right photo for your custom engraved pendant is essential. Follow the guidelines below to ensure the best possible engraving.
Make sure your photo is clear and well-framed. Blurry photos can affect the accuracy of the engraving, making it less lifelike.
Tip: Use natural lighting and a neutral background for best results.
A front-facing photo with the eyes and ears clearly visible is best. This balances the engraved pendant and gives your pet's portrait a realistic feel.
Tip: Hold a toy or treat near your camera to get your pet's attention and make them look directly at the lens.
For darker animals, a well-lit photo is essential to ensure all details are captured accurately.
Tip: Natural outdoor lighting often works best for darker furry friends. Try taking the photo in the early morning or late afternoon when the lighting is softer.
Tip: Make sure there is enough space around your dog's head in the frame so that nothing gets cut off.
Remember that the photo you provide will be the basis for the engraving, so the better the photo, the better the final product. Take your time and have fun creating the perfect portrait of your companion!

To make your jewelry even more personalized, you can choose a font that matches your personality.
You can choose between a romantic font: "handwriting" or a more classic one: "Roman script".

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
Delivery costs are FREE for all orders over 45 euros.
For smaller orders, charges vary depending on destination.
WHAT ARE THE PREPARATION AND SHIPPING TIMES?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and shipping.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
We'll send you a confirmation email as soon as your package is shipped. You can then check the delivery progress on our website under the "Track My Order" tab using your email address and order number.
IS PAYMENT SECURE?
Absolutely, our store is fully secure and we have an SSL encryption system to protect your personal and confidential data.
I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Have you received confirmation that your order has been shipped? If your order has been shipped for more than 3 weeks, please contact us by email at info@mybestpet.be with your order number. We will investigate and get back to you within 48 hours.
I ORDERED SEVERAL ITEMS AND ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER, IS THIS NORMAL?
To minimize your wait, we sometimes ship items separately as soon as they are ready to ship. The rest of your order should arrive within the next few days.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We're sorry, but this can happen. Please contact us by email at info@mybestpet.be, explaining the problem and attaching a photo as proof. We will do our best to find a solution.
I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER, CAN I GET A REFUND?
Absolutely, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any product that does not give you complete satisfaction.
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR BENEFITING FROM THE “SATISFIED OR YOUR MONEY BACK” GUARANTEE?
You must be within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to be able to benefit from the "Satisfied or Refunded" guarantee, you must contact us at info@mybestpet.be before any return and the product must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging.
IN WHICH CASES WILL I NOT BE ABLE TO BE REFUNDED?
- If the product has been used and is therefore not resalable as is.
- If the shipment did not arrive at its destination due to an error in the delivery address indicated when ordering.
- If the returns process has not been followed.
